2. Structural Analysis & Design
Preparing the structural model, checking capacities and designing the required strengthening according to the Egyptian Code.

3. Shop Drawings & Method Statements
Issuing clear shop drawings for steel and formwork, plus a step-by-step execution method approved by the consultant.

4. Careful Execution On Site
Surface preparation, rebar installation, anchoring, formwork and concrete/shotcrete works carried out by trained teams.

5. Testing & Quality Control
Concrete cube tests, pull-out tests and on-site checks to verify that the achieved strength matches the design requirements.

6. Final Handover Documentation
As-built drawings, test results and handover reports for future reference.
